"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not." -- Dr. Seuss

How to be Smarter: Having an income separate from a passion project gives you the ability to be choosier about the direction of the venture because you are not financially dependent on it turning a profit immediately. How to be Prettier: If you are looking for ways to expand your wardrobe but are unsure how to begin, focus on one of your favorite items that you reach for over and over again. Ask yourself: why do you like wearing it? Is it the color, the fabric, the fit, something else? If you focus on the reasons you enjoy a piece, you can use that as a starting point and work on finding new pieces that incorporate the same characteristic.

How to be (less) Awkward: At parties, keep your stories short and let people ask questions to make the stories longer, rather than telling long stories and losing people’s interest halfway through.
