How to be Prettier: If you are an 8 on your hair happiness level and looking for the 10, smaller changes, like a trim or subtle highlights, are usually the way to go, rather than more drastic measures like color or length changes. A total revamp is only necessary if you start below a 5 on the hair happiness scale.
How to be (less) Awkward: It always makes me smile whenever someone I don't know exits the elevator and calls out over their shoulder "have a good day!" It's an easy gesture to do that makes starting the day that much friendlier for a stranger.
