How to be Smarter: To go along with yesterday's post about the importance of sleep, power nap smarter. It takes 20 minutes for coffee to kick into your system, so the best way to take advanage of a power nap is to drink a cup of coffee, set your alarm for 20 minutes, and when you wake up you will have the benefit of both the power nap sleep and the caffeine.
How to be Prettier: When given a choice of popsicle favors, chose cherry. The red dye will temporarily make your lips look lovely.
How to be less Awkward: Do not stand in front of the turnstiles at an event or getting on the subway, digging for your ticket. Pull it out ahead of time to avoid creating a human traffic jam/losing your friends.
